Ingredients
- Chicken-1 lb
- Ginger-3 tbsp
- Garlic -3 tbsp
- Red Chilly-4-5
- Onion-1 Big
- Cumin Powder-1 tbsp
- Garam masala-1 tbsp
- Yogurt-1 cup
- Oil
- Salt
Method of Preparation
- Marinate chicken with minced garlic and ginger ,salt and keep aside for 10-20 mins
- Heat oil in a pan add saute chicken for 10 mins
- After that add onion and Red chilly and saute for another 10 mins
- Add yogurt and cook until chicken is done
- After the chicken is done add cumin powder and garam masala and cook for another 10 mins
