Ingredients
- Curd/Butter milk-1 cup
- Mustard-1 tsp
- Ginger-1 tsp minced
- Garlic-1 tsp minced
- Corainder leaves - a Handful
- Red Chillies- 2 nos
- Fenugreek powder or seeds - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder-1 tsp
- Oil
- Salt
- Water-1/2 cup
Method Of Preparation
- Add water and salt to curd and mix well.If you are using butter milk do not add water
- Splutter mustard.
- Add Red chillies and fenugreek seeds or powder and saute for 2 mins
- Add ginger,garlic and saute well for 5 mins
- Add Corainder leaves and saute .
- Add turmeric powder and saute for 2 mins
- Turn into low flame.Finally add curd .
- This should not boil ,just heat this
- Serve hot with rice
