French Toast


  1. Bread Slices-3(Remove crust)
  2. Egg-1
  3. Milk-1/4 cup
  4. Sugar-3 tbsp
  5. Ghee
Method Of Preparation
  • Beat egg well.Add Sugar and milk to this and beat well
  • In a sauce pan heat ghee/butter
  • Dip bread into the above mixture,allow to soak for 30 secs on each side 
  • Place 2 slices of bread at a time into the pan and cook until golden brown
